Now Recruit are Lancaster based recruitment firm with a difference; they specialise in providing simple staffing solutions to companies in the Aviation, Engineering, Motorsport and Electronics/Defence Sectors.
Now Recruit team approached me to redesign their brand identity this included a new visual identity, marketing collateral and a new website.
I worked with the team to design their new identity proposing a bold and vibrant image that made them stand out from any other recruitment specialist. Using illustrations instead of photography gave the brand a friendlier but professional feel that they were looking for, with flexibility in creating any future collateral for print and digital use.
For the website, there was a requirement to have a personal feel so clients can know that they deal with actual people on the other end and get to know the Now Recruit team with profiles and direct contact.
The website needed to be easy for the team to make edits, add content and post job opportunities. To this end, I proposed to design a bespoke website where I did the user journey, wireframing design, development and launching of the website.
For the development and hosting platform, I recommended using webflow as it was perfect being a one-stop-shop platform, which I provided support and training for to use.
