All of our contracts auto-renew at the end of their term. This is so that we can provide a consistent, uninterrupted delivery experience for our customers and so that we can accurately plan design resource across our large customer base.Here’s how our contracts work: Longer term example:

‍If you’re on a 3 month rolling contract, your contract will auto-renew at the end of the 3 month term for another 3 months. This will continue until cancelled. We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel before your term ends.This works in the same way with our 6 month, 12 month and annual pre-paid contracts.

Turnaround time depends on the scope of the request and available hours. Smaller tasks may be completed within 24–48 hours, while larger projects may be delivered in stages.

If you exceed your monthly hours, you can:

• Upgrade to a higher plan
• Purchase additional hours as an add-on

We’ll always notify you before going over your limit.
