Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause or cancel at any time. Giving a 30 working day notice period.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes. Unused hours over 50% the subscription hours roll over for up to one billing cycle as long as your subscription remains active. This gives you flexibility during slower months.
How are hours tracked?
Hours are tracked based on the actual time spent working on your requests. You’ll have full visibility into how your hours are being used, so there are no surprises.

How do I submit requests?
You can submit requests through our project management system, email, or shared workspace. Clear instructions and reference materials help us work more efficiently with your hours.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are included and counted toward your monthly hours. We’ll continue refining the design based on your feedback until it meets your expectations.
How do subscriptions and contracts work?
All of our contracts auto-renew at the end of their term. This is so that we can provide a consistent, uninterrupted delivery experience for our customers and so that we can accurately plan design resource across our large customer base.Here’s how our contracts work: Longer term example:
If you’re on a 3 month rolling contract, your contract will auto-renew at the end of the 3 month term for another 3 months. This will continue until cancelled. We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel before your term ends.This works in the same way with our 6 month, 12 month and annual pre-paid contracts.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
Turnaround time depends on the scope of the request and available hours. Smaller tasks may be completed within 24–48 hours, while larger projects may be delivered in stages.
What happens if I need more hours?
If you exceed your monthly hours, you can:
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Purchase additional hours as an add-on
We’ll always notify you before going over your limit.
Who owns the final designs?
You retain full ownership and usage rights for all completed designs once delivered.
