Premier Community set out to relaunch its loyalty rewards scheme, Premier+, with a distinct brand identity that could stand alone while remaining clearly connected to the wider Premier Community brand family.
The goal was to develop a distinctive and memorable sub-brand that would not only capture attention but also foster a strong emotional connection with the community. This sub-brand aimed to drive greater awareness of the rewards program by clearly differentiating it within the market. By crafting a compelling and engaging identity, the initiative sought to increase member participation through motivating incentives and meaningful interactions.
I developed a bold and flexible identity system for Premier+ that embodies rewarding, modern, and trusted qualities—while maintaining strong visual and strategic alignment with the parent Premier Community brand. The entire Premier leadership team loved the brand and felt it was exactly right.
